Usage: 
For Rice: Mix with hot Basmati rice and ghee.
Other Uses: Use as a dipping powder for Idlis and Dosas, sprinkle on Ghee Idly or Ghee Dosa, or use as a seasoning for vegetable curries.
Ingredients Required:
Shenagala Podi: 3-4 tablespoons
Ghee: 1 to 1 ½ tablespoons
Basmati Rice: ½ kg
Broken Cashews: 10
Curry Leaves: 1 to 2 medium-sized stems
Steps to Prepare:
1. For Rice:
Add Shenagala Podi and ghee to hot Basmati rice.
Mix thoroughly and temper with ghee, cashews, and curry leaves.
2. Other Uses:
Use as a dipping powder, sprinkle over Ghee Idly or Dosa, or season vegetable  curries.
Storage Method:
Store in a cool, dry place.
Use a clean, dry spoon.
For better color and taste, refrigerate the product.
