Ingredients Required:
● Pink Pepper Pulusu Powder: 60-80 grams (adjust based on consistency)
● Oil: As needed
● Mustard Seeds: ¼ tsp
● Fenugreek Seeds: Pinch
● Cumin Seeds: Pinch
● Onion: 2 (Chopped)
● Tomato: 1 (Chopped)
● Curry Leaves: 2 medium stems
● Water: As needed
● Drumsticks: 3-4 (cut into small pieces)
Steps to Prepare:
1. For Pulusu:
○ Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, onions, and
curry leaves. Fry until onions are golden.
○ Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
○ Stir in Pink Pepper Pulusu Powder and drumsticks. Cook with water to desired
consistency.
○ Simmer for 10-15 minutes until drumsticks are tender. Garnish with coriander
leaves.
