Ingredients Required:
● Water: 3 table spoons
● Red Chili: 1 (broken)
● Curry Leaves: 2-3 small stems
● Medium-sized Onion: ½ (sliced in half-moon shape)
● Broken Cashew Pieces: 15-20
● Ghee: 75 grams
● Green Chilies: 3 (slit into halves)
● Basmati Rice: ½ kg (cooked)
● Gongura Rice Mix: 180-200 grams
Steps to Prepare Gongura Rice:
1. Cook the Rice: Boil the Basmati Rice and set it aside.
2. Prepare the Seasoning: In a separate pan, heat ghee and add broken cashews, red and
green chillies, and curry leaves. Once the cashews are roasted, add sliced onions and 180grams of Pink Pepper Gongura Rice Mix. Sauté on medium heat for 5 minutes.
3. Combine and Serve: Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well, ensuring there are no lumps. Add 3 table spoons of water to dish, Serve hot and enjoy!
