Pink Pepper Gongura Curry Mix offers a convenient way to enjoy the distinctive flavors of Gongura in your curry dishes. Simply add water and your choice of meat or  vegetables for a hearty, authentic South Indian curry that’s rich and flavorful.
Usage:
You can use it for Chicken, Mutton, Prawns curries, or Biryanis.
● For Curries Add 120g to 140g of Gongura Curry Mix & For Biryanis Add 180g to 200g.
● For Fries no water is Added & If needed you can add Pepper Powder for Seasoning.
Ingredients Required:
Gongura Curry Mix: 200 grams
Mutton/Chicken: 1 kg
Salt: 3 pinches
Ginger Garlic Paste: ¼ tsp
Ghee: ¼ tsp
Turmeric Powder: 2 pinches
Tomato: 1 (Chopped)
Onion: 1 (Half-moon shape slices)
Oil: 2 tbsp
Water: As needed
Green Chilies: 3-4 (Slit into half)
Curry Leaves: 2 small stems
Steps to Prepare:
1. For Mutton/Chicken Curry:
Pressure cook mutton or chicken with water, salt, turmeric powder, ghee, ginger
garlic paste, and tomatoes until tender.
In another pan, heat oil and sauté onion slices, green chilies, and curry leaves until
golden brown.
Add cooked mutton pieces and stir.
Mix in Gongura Curry Mix and mutton stock. Cook until the gravy thickens.
Storage Method:
Store in a cool, dry place.
Use a clean, dry spoon.
For better color and taste, refrigerate the product due to tamarind content.
